Meet Our Board
Beth Riedeman is a resident of Community Heights Neighborhood where she has resided since 2015 with her son Gray. She is involved with several organizations on the east side including serving as a board member of Community Heights Neighborhood Organization and Treasurer of the IPS 56 Eagle Fan Club (PTA). Beth is a graduate of Purdue University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Curriculum & Instruction and Career & Technical Education. She has two decades of experience as an educator and youth development worker both in schools and within education and community-focused non-profits. She has spent the last eight years doing workforce development and training for Indiana’s early childhood and out-of-school learning system until recently when she launched her own consulting business, The Cause Conduit. The Cause Conduit is focused on utilizing skills and knowledge. Beth has gained over the past two decades to assist grassroots organizations with program development, project management, grant writing and talent development. Jonathan has been assisting communities with employment solutions and professional development coaching as early as high school professionally since 2017. In addition, he’s now extending his brand working with FTB as the Director of Volunteer services to teach, reach, inspire, bridge, and empower the youth through charity instilling purpose and the power of networking.
Monica Guillaud is a Landscape Architect. Her passion is to make the world a better place for everyone.
Melissa Jones is a Human Resource Assistant working for the Federal Government. Melissa is very passionate and serious about making a change in our community.
Iesha Williams is a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her greatest passion is serving the underserved and underprivileged.
Yomeka Gaffney is an educator. Her passion is to teach and make a difference in the community.
